Keep praying for the Transitional Housing project. We need for the City of Show to approve our plot modification, and we need to dig the ditches for the electrical, along with APS giving us the promised materials to complete the hookups. We're also needing two tiny house slabs to be poured. Then too, there's the rental house that's been given to us
which needs extensive repairs.
Our security team is requesting any of our congregation that may have medical issues that we need to be aware of for emergency purposes please fill out a medical card to be put on file and kept confidential with our medical personnel. Thank you.
NEW PRAYER ROOMS
New Hope Christian Fellowship has prayer rooms on either side of the stage platform. If anyone has a need for prayer, we have couples in our congregation Ron and Rondi Vinnedge or Steve and Lora Slater or Bill and Andrea Bujnowski, who can pray with you and for you and your family.
I found this in Nelson's Encyclopedia of Bible Facts on page 431 and found it quite interesting, this is word for word as it reads.
"An old Jewish story demonstrates how important the woman was in Israel. The story says that a pious man once married a pious woman. They were childless, so they eventually agreed to divorce one another. The husband then married a wicked woman and she made him wicked. The pious women married a wicked man and made him righteous. The moral of the story is that the woman set the tone for the home.
The Israelite mother held an important place in the life of the family. To a large degree, she could be the key to a successful family or the cause of its failure. She could have an incalculable influence on her husband and her children. Israel's history and its culture owes a great deal to these hard-working women."
